Futures Slip as Dollar Regains Ground

Stock futures were down moderately on Tuesday as the U.S. dollar recovered some of yesterday's lost ground after a German investor confidence survey came in worse than expected and Fitch Ratings warned it might downgrade the credit rating of the U.K.
