CHANGE OF DIRECTOR`S DETAILS

G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that Clare Spottiswoode, one of its non-executive directors, became a director of Magnox Limited on 29 March 2011, retired from the board of Tullow Oil PLC on 12 May 2011 and became a director and non-executive chairman of Energetix Group plc with effect from 20 May 2011.

Ms Spottiswoode will remain a non-executive director of G4S plc.
