CANADA STOCKS-TSX flat as rising oils offset weaker miners

TORONTO, June 8 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index was little changed shortly after the open on Wednesday, turning positive briefly as sharply higher oil and gas shares offset weakness among miners.
