Suzanne, who has over 15 years of industry experience, currently serves as an Interior Décor Specialist with Sears Home Furniture. She is a seasoned sales professional who utilizes professional selling and customer service techniques to ensure the complete satisfaction of her clients. In addition to assisting clients by responding to inquiries, complaints and handling merchandise returns, Suzanne provides furniture customization services through the utilization of her interior décor specialization skills.

During her collegiate career, Suzanne studied Business Administration and Management at Georgian College. She also attended Ontario Business College. Suzanne was the recipient of an Employee of the Year Award for outstanding customer service. She is also an incredibly charitable individual who is actively involved with Kerry’s Place for autistic children and the Ontario Disability Association.
