In trading on Friday, the RiverFront Tactical Balanced Growth Portfolio ETF (PAO) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.7% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Ishares Mcsi Germany Index Fund (EWG), up about 1.5% and shares of Powershares FTSE Rafi Emerging M (PXH), up about 1.2% on the day.
