Seattle—(June 20, 2012) - - nuCore Solutions (Olympia, WA) and Easy Digital X-Ray (Atlanta, GA) today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding that clears the path for the respective companies to move forward towards a formal distribution agreement. The respective companies met while attending the recent Vision Imaging Partners conference held in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

“Easy Digital X-Ray has DICOM modalities that are integral to the move to digital X-Ray. nuCore will get a national sales footprint and proven modalities that easily integrate with our PACS solutions,” Perry added.
“Easy Digital can help Medical, Chiropractic and Veterinary practices of any size to break free from the financial burden of X-Ray film costs. You can’t afford not to be digital,” said Joe Greene, CEO of Easy Digital X-Ray. “As a medical distribution company, we specialize in helping x-ray film customers upgrade to digital x-ray. Our relationship with nuCore will allow our sales force to offer not just our product but complete end-to-end PACS solutions,” Greene added.
Both companies believe that this equation, 1+1=3 describes the value proposition resulting from this arrangement. The two companies have figured out how to bring the overall cost of moving to digital imaging more affordable.
nuCore has also announced at their most recent trade show in Florida that they will now provide FREE remote backup and FREE archive upgrades with all new system sales. This is unprecedented in the world of PACS.
