Royal Alliance Names Al Grilli Senior Vice President, Recruiting

Royal Alliance Associates, a premier independent broker-dealer, has named Al Grilli Senior Vice President of Recruiting. Grilli joins Royal Alliance from Lincoln Financial Network, where he most recently served as Senior Regional Recruiting Director. Grilli will matrix report to Kevin Beard, Senior Vice President of Recruiting, AIG Advisor Group, and Dmitry Goldin, President and CEO, Royal Alliance.
