LONDON, March 31 (Reuters) - Elliott Advisors, the rebel shareholder seeking a boardroom shake-up at Alliance Trust, rejected the trust's defence of its performance, costs and dividend policy on Tuesday, and reiterated calls for the election of three new directors.
