“One of the problems with many online companies is that they don’t take the customer experience into account,” she said. “We think this will separate us from the pack and let people know what it’s like to use our service when they are shopping for a used car.”
Vehicle History encourages all of their customers to provide them with feedback so they can improve their own experience, she said.
“We listen to what people have to say,” she said. “And we are delighted that most of the feedback we’ve received is positive. We hope people continue to contact us so we can tell their five-star stories on YouTube as well.”
