Synacor Inc. (Nasdaq: SYNC) won a portal services contract with AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) that could generate up to $100 million in revenue annually. Shares of Synacor more than doubled by leaping $1.66 to $3.07 while AT&T stock eased 3 cents to $38.85.
