Unilever says no to takeover bid by Kraft Heinz

The ketchup and macaroni cheese king, backed by Warren Buffett, said that it made an offer to buy Unilever, the European conglomerate that owns Dove and Ben & Jerry's. Unilever said no. But its shares and Kraft Heinz soared.
