On August 8th, 2017, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office published a new series of Spiritcube Registered Trademarks covering the company’s Logo and design Symbol. The Trademark was first filed in May of 2015 is now federally registered.
Being awarded the patent for the Spiritcube puts an exclamation point on the potential for this app going forward. Since the company attorneys filing for the patent 4 years ago, Spiritcube has evolved into new technology in the iOS and Android cellular Application industry.
The company is working towards a versatile range of applications from 3D virtual reality to 3D browsers, all using the Spiritcube logo and name. The company feels that the newly awarded Trademark is the first step in a series of new trademarks and patents for the future.

Initially the company’s primary business was to offer (users) people the ability to celebrate “life” and to pay tribute to or memorialize the deceased, the terminally ill and the living. Spiritcube provides people the use of a company developed (Copyrighted and Trademarked) Web-Based interface and Software Application to share tributes in a digital after-life.
Recently while designing and building out the tribute portion of our website we began to develop a feature presently referred to as the “3D-Cube”. Originally, the “3D-Cube” was designed as a final component that branded the Spiritcube™ Accounts with a definitive uniqueness. The 3D-Cube rotates and displays account media along with the company logo.
