UK Retail Sales Rise By 0.3% – GBP Marginally Higher

It’s not all doom and gloom for the British consumer. Retail sales are up by 0.3% m/m, on top of a small upwards revision. Year over year, sales are down 0.3%, a bit better than -0.6% predicted.
