Moody's downgraded after Buffett sells 8M shares

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Analysts at William Blair & Co. issued an unenthusiastic downgrade of shares of Moody's Corp. Thursday, saying the stock is potentially in for a flood of heavy selling after Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway unloaded nearly 8 million shares of the ratings agency in the last three trading sessions.
