Benante, Chairman and CEO of Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE:CW), announced that today the Board of Directors declared a dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share on Curtiss-Wright Common Stock, payable July 13, 2012 to stockholders of record as of June 29, 2012. This represents a 12.5% increase over the prior dividend of $0.08 per share.
