Tropical Storm Boris forms off Mexico, heads toward key refinery

MEXICO CITY, June 3 (Reuters) - Tropical Storm Boris formed off the southern Pacific coast of Mexico on Tuesday, churning northward toward the largest refinery of national oil company Pemex, Salina Cruz.
