Europe Factors to Watch-Shares set to open flat to slightly higher

PARIS, Sept 3 (Reuters) - European stocks were set to open flat to slightly higher on Wednesday, stuck in a range ahead of the European Central Bank's policy meeting later this week, with investors split on whether the ECB will unveil further immediate stimulus steps to stave off deflation. Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 6 points higher, or up 0.09 percent, Germany's DAX to open flat, and France's CAC 40 to open 4 points higher, or up 0.09 percent. In a Reute
