NFP Retirement Adds Five Consultants

NFP Retirement, a division of NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides employee benefits, property & casualty, retirement, and individual insurance and wealth management solutions, announced the growth of its retirement plan and investment consulting teams with the addition of five consultants.

These additions are in line with NFP Retirement’s commitment to meet the evolving needs of private, public and nonprofit plan sponsors and their plan participants.

The new hires include retirement plan consultants Solomon Stewart, CFA®, Daniel Kallus, CFA®, CIC® and Vince Learned, CFA®, CFP®, all of whom support plan sponsors in designing retirement plans that feature innovative investment solutions, and Geoff Keeling, CFA®, who provides investment consultation and serves on NFP Retirement’s Investment Committee. Additionally, NFP Retirement acquired The 401(k) Concierge, a retirement plan consulting firm based in Austin, TX, managed by Allison Kaylor Flink, to further solidify its reach in the Texas region.

Solomon Stewart conducts investment due diligence reviews to help ensure optimal plan performance, while educating fiduciaries on best practices in plan design, fee benchmarking and participant outcomes. Mr. Stewart is based in the NFP Retirement Orange County, CA, office.

Daniel Kallus has vast experience in equity portfolio management and brings investment due diligence consulting to plan sponsor clients. His technical perspective allows him to effectively communicate the finer aspects of a retirement plan’s investment lineup. Mr. Kallus is based in the NFP Retirement Houston, TX, office.

Vince Learned has 15 years of industry experience and specializes in designing retirement plans that work to optimize participant outcomes. He works with clients to help ensure plan design and investment due diligence best practices among fiduciaries. In addition to CFA® and CFP® designations, Mr. Learned holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He is based in the NFP Retirement Orange County, CA, office.

Geoff Keeling has over 15 years of retirement industry experience with a focus on asset management and investment due diligence for plan sponsors. As a key member of the NFP Retirement Investment Committee, he assists in driving investment due diligence for clients. Mr. Keeling is based in the NFP Retirement Orange County, CA, office.

Allison Kaylor Flink is nationally recognized as an expert in ERISA issues and defined contribution services. She works with clients of varying sizes to tailor plan design that meets plan sponsor and participant needs and assists with investment due diligence, provider benchmarking, advanced plan design and fiduciary compliance. She was named one of the 300 Most Influential Advisors in the Defined Contribution Business by 401kWire and is a founding adjunct lecturer at UCLA’s The Retirement Advisor University. Ms. Flink is based in the NFP Retirement Austin, TX, office.
