Stocks finished little changed today as investors to hear what the Fed says tomorrow . The S&P 500 finished little changed at 2,169.18 today, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 19.31 points, or 0.1% to 18,473.75. The Nasdaq Composite advanced 0.2% to 5,110.05.
