Item 8.01. Other Events.

On June 27, 2013, the bankruptcy court for the Southern District of New York entered an order (the “Bankruptcy Court Order”) requiring the commencement of a mediation process in the ongoing litigation by the Motors Liquidation Company GUC Trust (the “GUC Trust”) to disallow, equitably subordinate or reduce certain claims filed in the bankruptcy cases of Motors Liquidation Company and its affiliates by or on behalf of the holders of notes issued in 2003 by General Motors Nova Scotia Finance Company (the “Nova Scotia Matter”). A copy of the Bankruptcy Court Order is available on the GUC Trust website (http://www.mlcguctrust.com/). For more information regarding the Nova Scotia Matter, please see the disclosure under Item 3 of the Form 10-K filed by the GUC Trust on May 21, 2013.
