Looking today at week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest inflow was seen in the Proshares Ultra DJ-UBS Crude Oil (UCO), which added 3,750,000 shares, or a 26.2% increase week over week. And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest increase in inflows was the Basic Materials GEMS exchange-traded fund (LGEM), which added 50,000 shares, for a whopping 33.3% increase in outstanding shares.
