Wright Medical Group Inc. (Nasdaq: WMGI) will pay approximately $190 million in cash and stock to acquire BioMimetic Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: BMTI). Shares of BioMetic leaped $3.08 to $7.23 while Wright Medical stock lost 47 cents to $19.54.
