Sterotaxis (Nasdaq: STXS) said at Oppenheimer's Healthcare Conference that incoming orders were increasing. Lifevantage (Nasdaq: LFVN) will repurchase up to $5 million in common stock. On the downside Quiksilver (Nasdaq: ZQK) disappointed with sharply lower fourth quarter earnings that fell short of analyst expectations.Centene (NYSE: CNC) blamed higher costs for slashing its 2012 earnings guidance. Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) accused MBIA (NYSE: MBI) of interfering with a bond offer. In the broad market, declining issues outpaced advancers by a margin of more than 10 to 9 on the NYSE while decliners barely edged out advancers by a slim margin on Nasdaq. The broader S&P 500 index lost 5 points to 1413.
