Diodes Inc. (Nasdaq: DIOD) will pay a premium of approximately $151 million to acquire BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd. (Nasdaq: BCDS). Shares of Diodes rose 35 cents to $17.26 while BCD stock leaped $3.66 to $7.64.
