Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. (NYSE: NSM) will pay approximately $1.3 billion to acquire the servicing rights to $215 billion worth of loans from Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC). Shares of National Mortgage leaped $3.83 to $37.06 while Bank of America stock eased 7 cents to $12.04.
