Intel Corp. (Nasdaq: INTC) reported lower fourth quarter revenue and earnings of 48 cents per share compared with 64 cents per share in the year ago period and forecast current quarter revenue below analyst expectations. Shares of the chipmaker fell $1.49 to $21.19.
