Rackspace Hosting Inc. (NYSE: RAX) reported higher fourth quarter earnings of 21 cents per share compared with 18 cents per share a year earlier but revenue fell short of analyst expectations prompting a downgrade. Shares of the cloud computing services provider plunged $13.86 to $61.12.
