GLOBAL MARKETS-Stocks rally, yen falls on central bank promises

NEW YORK, May 28 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rallied more than 1 percent and oil rose while gold, the yen and safe-haven U.S. debt fell on Tuesday as investors seized on clear pledges of monetary policy support from Japanese and European central banks to push into riskier assets.
