Pillar Income Asset Management Brokers Billboard Donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Delta State University

Pillar Income Asset Management (Pillar), a Dallas-based real estate advisory and management company, brokered billboard lease donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Delta State University. The billboards are located on Interstate 69 in Tunica, Mississippi.

“When it was brought to our attention that there were eight vacant billboards located in Tunica, Mississippi we immediately started looking for organizations to donate leases on behalf of the owner.
