AmeriGas Propane Declares Partnership Distribution

The Board of Directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., the general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APU), has declared a quarterly partnership distribution of $0.88 per limited partnership unit, payable November 18, 2014 to unitholders of record November 10, 2014.
