Borderfree Inc. (Nasdaq: BRDR) will be acquired by Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) for a premium of approximately $395 million in cash. Shares of Borderfree surged $7.14 to $13.93 while Pitney Bowes stock slipped 32 cents to $22.36.
