UPDATE 1-Portion of Houston Ship Channel shut because of diesel spill

HOUSTON, July 28 (Reuters) - A portion of the Houston Ship Channel has been closed to vessel traffic to allow cleanup of a small diesel fuel spill, the U.S. Coast Guard said on Tuesday.
