Yelp falls to unexpected loss

Yelp Inc. (NYSE: YELP) fell to an unexpected loss for the second quarter of 2 cents per share compared with earnings of 4 cents per share last year, forecast current quarter revenue below analyst expectations and announced the resignation of chairman Max Levchin prompting downgrades. Share of the online review site plummeted $9.21 to $24.30.
