Tuesday Sector Laggards: Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Stocks

In trading on Tuesday, metals & mining shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 4.6%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Arch Coal (ACI), down about 17.3% and shares of Peabody Energy (BTU) off about 15.2% on the day.
