Monday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PTF

The PowerShares DWA Technology Momentum Portfolio ETF (PTF) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 154,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 44,000. Shares of PTF were up about 1.2% on the day.
