WCI Communities Inc. (NYSE: WCIC) will be acquired by Lennar (NYSE: LEN) for a premium of approximately $643 million in cash and stock. Shares of WCI leaped $6.51 to close at $23.67 while Lennar stock added 15 cents to close at $43.60.
