Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: SPHB

The PowerShares S&P 500 High Beta Portfolio ETF (SPHB) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 5.3 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 420,000. Shares of SPHB were up about 3.4% on the day.
