Monsanto seeks to end Arkansas ban on herbicide linked to crop damage

CHICAGO, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Monsanto Co pushed Arkansas on Thursday to allow farmers to spray crops with the company's dicamba herbicide, linked to damage on plants across the U.S. farm belt.
