Wright Express President and CEO Michael Dubyak Named Chairman

Michael Dubyak, president and chief executive officer of Wright Express Corporation (NYSE: WXS) and current director, has been appointed to the additional position of chairman. Rowland Moriarty has stepped down as non-executive chairman and has been appointed to the newly established roles of vice chairman and lead director.

Both Moriarty and Dubyak were re-elected to new three-year terms as directors at the Companys 2008 annual meeting of shareholders on May 16, 2008.

Wright Express is a company with a rich heritage of customer service and an outstanding team of associates, and I am honored to have the opportunity to participate in its continued growth as vice chairman and lead director, said Moriarty. I also am pleased that Mike Dubyak has accepted the position of chairman. As president and CEO since 1998, Mikes contributions have been crucial to the Companys success. I believe his strategic vision, leadership abilities and deep industry knowledge will serve Wright Express well as he takes on his new responsibilities.

Row Moriarty has provided Wright Express with experience and wise counsel, and we look forward to continuing to benefit from his guidance, said Dubyak. I am eagerly anticipating the challenges of following in Rows footsteps as the Companys chairman, and I extend sincere thanks to my fellow shareholders and board members for their continued support.
