OpenText To Acquire EasyLink

EasyLink Services International Corp. (Nasdaq: ESIC) agreed to be acquired by OpenText Corp. (Nasdaq: OTEX) for a premium of $7.25 per share in cash. Shares of EasyLink soared 80 cents to close at $7.16 while OpenText stock fell $1.00 to close at $52.44.
