On April 27, 2015, bebe stores, Inc. (the "Company") made a comment that ‘we are meeting our expectations’ to a select group of investors, which could be perceived as confirming guidance. The intention was not to confirm guidance. This Current Report on Form 8-K (this "Report") is being furnished solely to satisfy the Company's obligations under Regulation FD in light of the inadvertent disclosure.
