(NYSE:AIQ), a leading health care services provider of diagnostic imaging services, announced today the underwritten public offering of 1,443,065 shares of its common stock by Viewer Holdings LLC, a fund controlled by an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. Alliance Imaging will not receive any proceeds from this transaction.
