ECNS Makes Notable Cross Below Critical Moving Average

In trading on Wednesday, shares of the iShares MSCI China Small-Cap ETF (ECNS) crossed below their 200 day moving average of $41.73, changing hands as low as $41.69 per share. iShares MSCI China Small-Cap shares are currently trading off about 1% on the day.
