Financials slip, Wells Fargo sued over mortgages

Financial stocks slipped on Wednesday as private sector jobs disappointed economists coming in lower than expected. The Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund , which tracks financial stocks in the S&P 500 fell 0.8%.
