"It's not everyday that you can find a jalapeno margarita on a menu," commented Jennifer Finnell, frequent guest bartender and sister of co-owner, Kim Finnell. "One of my favorites, the Caliente Margarita will a put a bounce in your step with the spicy-smooth combo of jalapeno and cucumber. That's just unheard of."
Ultimately representing the phrase, "summertime in a glass", the Cucumber/Basil Margarita is a crowd favorite, offering the cool refreshment expected from a drink carrying with it such a tag. Also topping the list of uniquely Osorio's Margaritas is the exclusive Sangriarita, created by the Appleton restaurant owners and available only at Osorio's Latin Fusion.
"The Sangriarita has a beautiful presentation," stated co-owner Kim Finnell. "Our House Lime is used as the base and our home made Sangria tops it off, providing sweet and sour flavors accented by a subtle red wine, juices and fruit. "To complement our cuisine, created by our chefs and from old family recipes, we couldn't very well offer an ordinary drink menu. That would just be wrong," added a playfully grinning Kim Finnell. "We found that our customers were very open to trying new combinations and that spawned the Annual Margarita Dinner last year. No worries, the event is soon to be on the calendar!"
