RWE Dea gets rights to tap offshore Egypt

Daniel J. Graeber ESSEN, Germany, Sept. 18 (UPI) -- German energy company RWE Dea said it won the rights to explore two areas off the coast of Egypt it says will provide "promising opportunities."
