Statoil, Shell to assess Algerian shale

Daniel J. Graeber STAVANGER, Norway, Sept. 30 (UPI) -- Norwegian energy company Statoil and its counterparts at Shell said Tuesday they'd spend the next two years assessing the shale gas potential in Algeria.
