Two Ex-Rabobank traders charged in U.S. with manipulating Libor

WASHINGTON, Oct 16 (Reuters) - Two former derivative traders for Dutch lender Rabobank were charged on Thursday for allegedly manipulating the Libor benchmark, the U.S. Department of Justice said.
