Weather impedes Montana oil spill response

Daniel J. Graeber GLENDIVE, Mont., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Warmer weather in Montana has made it difficult to continue recovery efforts from a mid-January oil spill in the Yellowstone River, authorities said.
