Fla. lawmakers move polluter-pay oil bill

Daniel J. Graeber WASHINGTON, March 27 (UPI) -- With reserves on tap in Latin America, two Florida congressmen introduced a bill that would force companies to pay for oil cleanup on U.S. soil.
